By placing an order, you offer to purchase selected products under these terms. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where pricing, availability, or order information contains an error or where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
Product Information & Pricing
We aim to describe products accurately, but colors can vary by screen and natural materials may vary slightly. Prices, promotions, and availability may change before order submission. We may correct errors in descriptions, prices, or availability.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Orders are dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
Liability & Updates
To the extent permitted by law, Caldernest™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by applicable law without limiting consumer protections in your place of residence. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version.
