Eligibility
Items should be unused, in the condition received, and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible. Items showing use, damage after delivery, missing parts, or conditions preventing resale may not qualify, without limiting any non-waivable legal rights.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. Refunds go to the original payment method unless law requires otherwise. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or law requires otherwise.
